Customers who are interested in enrolling their children often ask similar questions, feel free to read through the answers before inquiring further.
Do we offer free trials?
Yes, customers can trial the lessons for a week before deciding if they’d like to enroll.
Can I cancel at any time?
Customers can cancel anytime before the next payment block. However if they’d like to cancel during a payment block without notice they won’t get a refund.
How are payments made?
Payments are made via PayPal or debit card. Customers are invoiced in 4 week blocks, not including holidays.
What if I miss a lesson?
If a studnet misses a lesson they can catch up using the video recorings provided. If the teacher cancels a lesson due to an emergency, the lesson will be refunded or rescheduled.
Do you set homework?
Yes, homwork is set after the first lesson and reviewed in the next lesson. Additionally, at the end of the week students are required to complete an online homework sheet.
What levels of learning do we support?
At CorEdNet we offer KS3 Courses as well as International GCSE courses. Children as young as 11 can join our beginner KS3 courses.
